Leonard Fabrication & Design uses automated technologies and computer aided design to increase accuracy and ensure that the 100th part you buy is exactly the same as the first.
Our state of the art equipment is capable of achieving a tolerance of +/-0.001 with our laser and +/-0.005 on our press brake.
Our fully digitized production process means that once an item has been drawn, nested and programmed in that we can reproduce that part at the mere push of a button. Digital files are archived but never deleted. We can be ready for your production at a moments notice and our “lights out” capabilities means we can meet most deadlines.
