Leonard Fabrication and Design moved into a new 30,000 square foot Factory in Denver, NC, in July, 2008. The factory is large enough for state-of-the-art production equipment, a dedicated R&D area, space to work in, and room to grow. Production equipment includes a Trumpf Fiber Laser, a Trumpf CNC Brake, a Royson Vibratory Finisher and a Dragon A400 tube cutter. Leonard Fabrication and Design has the capability of cutting and bending a variety of material thicknesses and types to fit your manufacturing needs.

DRAGON – A400 Series
The DRAGON – A400 Series is a commercial grade CNC tube cutting, engraving, and marking machine. The Dragon A400 series will cut holes, notches, and other designs on round, square, and rectangular tubes with ease and accuracy.

LFD Vibratory Deburring Capabilities:
Royson Engineering 20-CTV-IS Vibratory Finisher
Our Vibratory Finishers are designed for the surface finishing of a multitude of parts, where a higher quality of finish is required. In particular they are used for deburring, smoothing and polishing small to large sized metal parts. Round Bowl Finishers are well suited for processing a variety of parts with high production and efficiency. The unload ramp and screen deck on these machines allows for quick and automatic removal of parts from the work bowl at the end of the process cycle. Machined parts, die castings, stamping, laser cut parts are just a few of the different types of parts that can be processed.
